Every girl in Wajir deserves the chance to finish school. Distance, drought, early marriage and the cost of learning materials still push too many girls out of the classroom before they reach their potential.
Wajir Power Women works alongside families, teachers and community elders to keep girls learning. We raise awareness on the value of girls’ education, support the most vulnerable learners with essential supplies, and mentor young women so they can picture a future beyond the challenges around them.
An educated girl becomes a healthier mother, a stronger earner and a leader in her community. When we invest in her today, Wajir grows stronger for a generation.
